A different kind of real estate perspective
More than a sign in the yard
Before focusing on real estate, I worked in construction, excavation, property maintenance, and handyman services. I’ve worked around renovations, investment properties, and the everyday challenges of maintaining a home. That background helps me look beyond the listing photos and talk through practical considerations with buyers and sellers.
I believe clients deserve clear answers, honest conversations, and someone who follows through. Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to sell, relocating, or evaluating an investment property, my job is to help you make an informed decision—not pressure you into one.
I serve clients in Pennsylvania, with a focus on Schuylkill County and surrounding communities, and in Florida, including Southwest Florida and the Tampa Bay area.

What working with me looks like
Real estate decisions can involve more than choosing a price or scheduling a showing. A house might need repairs, a buyer might be comparing financing options, or a seller might be wondering which improvements are worth making before listing. I take time to understand the property and your goals so we can discuss the choices in plain language.
For buyers
I help you narrow down what matters most: location, layout, condition, costs, and your longer-term plans. If you’re buying for the first time, we’ll work through the process step by step—from understanding your search criteria and connecting with financing professionals to evaluating properties and coordinating inspections. You’ll know what questions to ask and where the important decisions happen.
For sellers
Getting a home ready for market isn’t about spending money on every possible improvement. It’s about understanding the property’s condition, presenting it well, considering comparable properties, and developing a pricing and marketing approach that makes sense. I’ll explain the trade-offs and help you focus on what could matter to buyers.
For relocations and investors
Moving between communities—or between Pennsylvania and Florida—requires attention to lifestyle, property type, ongoing expenses, and timing. Investors have additional questions about repairs, rental demand, and potential resale. I enjoy helping clients sort through those considerations without overselling the upside or ignoring the risks.
